work hours: 6am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update user manuals, PM work orders, and job plans within the Maximo CMMS platform.
- Validate maintenance instructions, labor estimates, and task sequencing against OEM manuals and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and reliability engineers to gather field data and standardize procedures.
- Inspect, photograph, and document equipment and systems in industrial work areas, adhering to all safety standards.
- Support document control, configuration management, and technical reporting to ensure maintenance documentation accuracy.
qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with familiarity with Maximo or similar CMMS tools.
Strong ability to read OEM manuals, technical drawings, and schematics, alongside proficiency in Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
Ability to meet physical demands in industrial environments (climbing ladders, stairs, elevated spaces) and work flexible shifts or overtime as needed.
