Salary: The salary range for this position is $41/hr - $44/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong electro-mechanical background and expertise in PLM, ERP, CAD, and product configuration.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead SAP–ENOVIA EBOM reconciliation and ensure engineering data accuracy across PLM and ERP systems.
\n
• Perform SolidWorks CAD cleanup, parametric modeling, and engineering drawing standardization.
\n
• Develop modular product architectures for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) processes.
\n
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and global cross-functional teams.
\n
• Manage engineering program milestones, deliverables, and governance.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
\n
• 8–10 years of relevant engineering or program management experience.
\n
• Strong electro-mechanical engineering background.
\n
• Experience with ENOVIA PLM, SAP ERP, and SolidWorks CAD.
\n
• Knowledge of EBOM management, product configuration, ETO/CTO architecture, and manufacturing processes.
\n
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
